Blossom & Forest. Paintings by Kate Sherman 23 March - 7 May. A collaborative display with Darsham Nurseries where more of Kate's paintings will be on show.

Sherman, though based in Sussex, is drawn to the landscapes of Suffolk. Her works of blossom capture a fleeting moment of the year with a delicacy and a sense of passing as temporary as the blossom itself. And her forest paintings capture the grids and paths of the controlled planting of trees to create a space that can be threatening and mysterious.

To celebrate the long awaited arrival of Spring we shall also be presenting a seasonally inspired display by twentieth century regional artists including:- Amy K. Browning, Edward Middleditch, Glyn Morgan, Mary Potter, Humphrey Spender and Yoxford born William Robert Symonds.
